So, here goes. I'm not promising that I will do this quickly or consistently, but I will do my best! We have had a fun year. Work is going really good for Jon and me. Mary-Evelyn is at the Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC) and is thriving there. It is a full-time program, so she goes everyday from 8-2:30. She is learning to read and looks forward to going everyday! The most exciting thing that has happened this year is that Mary-Evelyn was saved - actually very recently! That has been mine and Jon's prayer since both of our girls were born - that they would come to know Jesus at an early age. We never expected it to be this early, but our baby girl has such a soft heart and hears about Jesus all the time at home and at church. We make sure she's there every time the doors are open. Jon and I were both raised that way and want that for our girls! She was saved on September 23rd in her bedroom with the guiding of her daddy. She made her decision public during revival at our church on October 15th. We are now guiding her through a booklet to make sure she fully understands everything before she is baptized. It has been such a blessing! Georgia-Kate is at Mimi's preschool - aka, my mom's house - everyday. My mom does so much to teach our babies - they are always learning. GK is so funny, lively, fisty, sweet, loving, and full of personality. She's definitely our ham - opposite of Mary-Evelyn, who has always been pretty reserved. I feel like she has grown so quickly, and I am just enjoying every stage of her little life!
I am going to start with October and try to rewind this year month by month - slowly but surely!
